  2. Diet – If you are way overweight, you are not helping yourself on many different fronts. One of those is all that extra weight is bad for your muscles and bones. As a result, you make your body work harder each day. The harder it has to work, the more strain it can put on you. If quite overweight, work to lower your weight in increments. As you do, you should feel better and lessen the pain to a degree.
  3. Attitude – How would you rate your attitude when it comes to dealing with chronic pain? If you have a negative one, it can make overcoming the pain all the more difficult. Find things in life that make you happy. When you do, your attitude should improve. As you become happier, the pain should subside to a degree.

Chronic pain does not have to be a life sentence of feeling miserable each day.

By educating yourself on chronic pain and taking the steps to do so, you can inch closer to putting pain in its place.
